(Undated) — Local newspapers across South Dakota are bouncing back to life after an abrupt shutdown. The Brookings Register, Huron Daily Plainsman, Redfield Press, and Moody County Enterprise plan to resume printing this week under new ownership. The Huron and Redfield papers aim to be available by tomorrow, while the Moody County Enterprise returns Thursday. Editor Carleen Wild said the closure of the 150-year-old Enterprise reminded many just how vital local news is.
