NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville could be turning the corner when it comes to affordable housing. The Metro Council will vote on five different single or multi-family developments at Tuesday night's meeting.
The five housing proposals are scattered all across Nashville. Fifty-two single-family and 50 multi-family units are proposed for South Nashville, 59 multi-family units in Antioch, 28 multi-family units in the Bordeaux area, 84 multi-family units in East Nashville and 55 multi-family units in the Inglewood neighborhood.
The South Nashville location is located on Old Hickory Boulevard, approximately 2,502 feet southwest of Harris Hills Lane. Fifty-nine units are set for 2304 Hobson Pike, approximately 184 feet east of Beechmist Way, in Antioch. In Bordeaux, 28 units are proposed at
