UPDATE: The Vernon County Sheriff's Office says Nathan Gossman is now in custody in Olmsted County.

He is in the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center awaiting extradition where authorities will look to charge him in Vernon County.

VIROQUA, Wis. (KIMT NEWS 3) — The Viroqua Police Department reported a high-speed chase involving a suspect with a warrant. Officers responded to a parking lot where the suspect and a passenger attempted to flee, nearly hitting an officer.

Jesse Devlaeminck from Rochester, Minnesota, exited the vehicle and was caught by officers on multiple warrants. The driver, Nathan Gossman from Canton, Minnesota, led police on a chase that ended when his vehicle left the road near Retreat.
