CLEVELAND — Natalie McDaniel, wife of embattled Cleveland Heights Mayor Kahlil Seren , was arraigned Tuesday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on charges of trespassing.
During the hearing, McDaniel entered a plea of not guilty. The court issued a $2,500 personal bond and ordered no contact with the victim. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for Sept. 3 at 9 a.m.
In addition, Judge Nancy Fuerst was assigned to the case.
McDaniel was indicted by a Cuyahoga County grand jury on charges of one count of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and one count of criminal trespass, after allegedly entering a Cleveland Heights residence without permission on July 30.
