CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel found out about the 43rd Annual Historic Morganton Festival .

The event will feature food vendors, games, rides, dancing and of course, live entertainment. This year’s headliners are The Jack Wharf Band and Chapel Hart.
