DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A Durham teenager was arrested Monday in a double shooting more than a month ago that left a man dead and a girl injured, a warrant shows.

According to the Durham Police Department, a man and a 15-year-old girl were shot inside a home in the 600 block of Reservoir Street on June 29, just before 11 a.m.

The man, identified as 20-year-old Jayquon Taborn of Durham, died from his injuries. The girl's injuries were considered non-life-threatening, according to Durham police.

A warrant filed by Durham police shows 18-year-old Sincere Bostic is accused of perpetrating the shooting.

Bostic is charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, according to the warrant.
