FOXBOROUGH – Happy and healthy, Terrell Williams is thrilled to be back on the football field.

The Patriots defensive coordinator returned to the practice field this training camp for the first time this offseason. After suffering a serious “health scare,” Williams wasn’t permitted to join the Patriots in person this spring. Instead, he met with his players via video conference.

That ended at the start of training camp.

On Tuesday, Williams spoke for the first time this summer. He wouldn’t reveal what he was dealing with medically.

“No, I don’t want to get into that right now. It’s really irrelevant. I’m not dealing with that anymore, so we’ve kind of moved on,” Williams said. “I know people were worried about what happened on the field, and really, I was dehydrated. That could happen
