SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- More than a decade after a drive-by shooter killed two victims in San Francisco's Bayview District neighborhood, cold case investigators identified and arrested a prime suspect.

Anthony James Tyree, aka "Dot Diggla," is now charged with two counts of murder in connection to the 2015 double homicide, prosecutors announced. Tyree, 34, was arrested at his Pittsburg home on Monday, police said. He is slated to make his first court appearance in the San Francisco Hall of Justice Tuesday afternoon.
