No one was injured in a boat fire that began on Lake Madison late on Aug. 18, according to Lake County Emergency Management.

The Madison and Wentworth fire departments extinguished a boat, which was burning on the lift close to Evergreen Acres Drive. Lake County 911, the Lake County Sheriff's Office, Lake County Emergency Management and Lake County Dive Team also responded. ×
