LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — "We're all pretty close. I mean, we treat each other like family," said Tina Goble, Archbald.

Tina Goble and her kids are one of the thirteen families who call the Valley View Estates mobile home park along Eynon Jermyn Road home.

But a few weeks ago, letters were sent out that residents feel could separate them.

A binding agreement for sale has been made with an LLC that has ties to a proposed data center.

"It just says on ours that it's being sold to this developer, and it's not telling us the date on it," said Candice May, Archbald.

"Do we have to move? I've got a son that's going to be a junior in high school. I got to move him in his last year of school," said George Blair, Archbald.
