GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A Pitt County school received a significant donation on Tuesday that will benefit students this upcoming school year.
West Shore Home in Greenville coordinated a school supply drive in July, which resulted in a huge amount of school donations.
Tuesday, employees dropped off the donated supplies at South Greenville Elementary School.
Officials with West Shore Home say that with help from all their employees, they were able to collect more than 9,000 pieces of school supplies, including paper, erasers, crayons, and other items.
