FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The Fargo Air Museum hosted a commemorative ceremony to honor two twin brothers who died during World War II.

The ceremony was conducted by the author Kevin Callahan, who created the book Brothers in Arms.

Callahan started his work back in 2009 during his travels to numerous cemeteries.

The Warcken brothers, Hank and Bill Warcken, were one of 250 sets of brothers that Callahan had sought out to find more information about.

The family shared that the twins were inseparable.

“They’ve always had a special place in my heart because they were army, I was army. Got to go to Germany, where they served – I never went to the battlefield because they both fought and died at the Battle of the Bulge. So I didn’t visit there, but I did get to visit their grave site. That was p
