DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — A Decatur man charged with creating child pornography using artificial intelligence is now facing additional charges.

Decatur police arrested Kevin Horve in June. Days after his arrest, the young victim came forward and accused Horve of raping her multiple times.
According to a sworn statement, the victim told police that she knew Horve because he'd dated her mother on and off. She was 12 at the time, the sworn said, and Horve would often pick her up and bring her back to his house.
The sworn said the victim started spending the night at Horve's house and eventually sleeping in his bed. The victim told police that Horve first raped her when she was 14, the sworn said, and did so approximately once
