HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — The Hartford Police Department is investigating a shooting on Tuesday night that sent a man to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to police, officers responded to Hartford Hospital at around 6:14 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19 after it was reported that a man in his 30s arrived at the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The incident, which was determined to have taken place at 167 Wilson St., is under investigation by the Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions. Anyone with information is asked to call the Hartford police Tip Line at 860-722-8477.
