INDIANAPOLIS — The Colts continue to get hit hard by injuries at the cornerback position.

Four contenders for the No. 2 outside cornerback job have gone down due to injury, and although Indianapolis got slot cornerback Kenny Moore II back from a knee injury on Tuesday, veteran Samuel Womack III pulled up in the middle of a coverage snap and grabbed at the back of his hamstring.

Womack was examined by trainers and did not immediately leave the practice field, but he also did not return to practice.

An injury to Womack would further complicate a difficult injury situation at cornerback. Veteran Charvarius Ward is ready at the No. 1 cornerback, and Moore will play the slot, but the other outside spot has been snakebitten.
