Not much has changed for Adams Central since four years ago, and yet things are far more different from what coach Michael Mosser remembers them once being.

The rosters have changed year-to-year, but the routine has been consistent. For four straight years, the Flying Jets have made the Class 2A state championship game. Last season, they captured their first state title since 2000 by beating Linton-Stockton 46-6.

So what changed? What did it take for the Flying Jets to become perennial state title contenders?

Nothing. At least, not any new scheme or big cultural shift.
