Little Rock officials vote to move ahead with $2.5M deck park study despite downtown master plan’s advice

The Little Rock Board of Directors on Tuesday voted to move ahead with a $2.5 million study of a potential deck park over a portion of Interstate 30 in spite of the recommendations of the city's downtown master plan, which said officials should consider other options.
