Brady Foster, now an award-winning chef and food competition regular, is ready to throw down with some gourmet sandwiches at the televised World Food Championship later this fall.
“It’s a great community of chefs that you get to meet (at the WFC),” Foster said. “But I’m a competitor by nature, I played high school football. But I’ve met chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants, made really good friends with the French team.”
Foster will be part of ‘Team Indiana’ and is a proud Hoosier, but he’s come a long way from his Gary roots, including a stint abroad learning from top chefs in Europe.
