BRUNSWICK, Maine — A woman from Brunswick who was last seen Monday has been reported missing, and authorities are asking anyone who may have seen her or who may have information about her whereabouts to contact them.

Rebecca Dorr, 55, of Brunswick was last seen in the Botany Place neighborhood near Pleasant Hill Road and Maine Street around 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18.

Brunswick police describe Dorr as white, 5-feet-5, about 135 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes. Her photo above is from March 2024.

Dorr is known to be an avid walker, authorities said.

Anyone with information related to her whereabouts can contact the Brunswick police at 207-721-4301. The Maine Warden Service and Maine Marine Patrol are also assisting in the case.
