PITTSFIELD TWP., MI -- A man has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor assault charge for slicing a man’s throat in downtown Ann Arbor.

Kimani Hamilton, 30, pleaded no contest to a charge of aggravated assault on Tuesday, Aug. 19, before 14A-1 District Court Judge J. Cedric Simpson. His felony charge of assault with intent to murder was dismissed.
