‘We got overruled.’ Ann Arbor planning commissioners question City Council direction

ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor’s Planning Commission finished its latest round of edits to the city’s proposed comprehensive land-use plan Tuesday night, Aug. 19.

And while commissioners are going along with City Council’s request to limit by-right housing density to three-story triplexes in low-rise residential areas, some still question it.
