ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Yesterday, a 49-year-old man was sentenced to 20 years to life for stabbing and robbing a man in Rochester.
Marquis Hucks was sentenced for first-degree robbery and second-degree assault after he was identified as the person responsible for stabbing a man in the shoulder and stealing his bike in a Dunkin' Donuts parking lot on August 16, 2024, according to the Monroe County District Attorney.
Officers said they found the victim stabbed in the shoulder and his bicycle missing. He was treated at the hospital for his injuries. Hucks was arrested two days later.
