LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Parks and Recreation will conduct a controlled burn in about 10 acres of Wilderness Park at noon on Wednesday.
The burn will take place inside the park near the 14th Street trailhead parking lot between Yankee Hill and Rokeby roads.
The Wilderness Park Green Trail east of marker 68 will be closed until noon Thursday. Community members are advised to avoid the area during this project.
