On June 7, 2021, the West Fargo City Commission approved, on a 3-2 vote, the purchase of a condominium at what was to become known as The Firm for $319,000. The space, on the main floor, was to be finished and maintained by the seller, SAD Downtown LLC (related to the EPIC companies), for use as public restrooms and a locker room for the regular ice skating rink at the downtown plaza.

You be the judge on how that worked out. The locker room was never used because they stopped providing the ice rink, probably because EPIC preferred to emphasize and maintain their new rink at The Lights instead. We are told the ice rink decision was made after the locker room was completed. What a waste of money.
