INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana State Library is inviting the public to attend a thrilling night of treats, tales, and things that go bump in the stacks on Friday, Oct. 10, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. “A Ghostly Gathering at the Indiana State Library” encourages people to enjoy the Indiana State Library in costume.

The free event is part of the Indiana State Library’s bicentennial celebration. It will offer attendees a night of stories, photo opportunities, trick-or-treating in the library’s stacks, and a peek at an assortment of spooky books and creepy items from the library’s historic collection. The evening will end with a movie screening.
