CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the body pulled from the waters of Lake Erie off Edgewater Park on Tuesday, with police confirming it belongs to a man who had been missing since this past weekend .

Sixty-four-year-old Jeffrey L. Williams, of Cleveland , was found dead near the Edgewater boat ramp off Whiskey Island Drive. A Cleveland Metroparks spokesperson tells 3News Williams was the man search crews were looking for after he became lost in the lake sometime before 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
