A teenage driver has been arrested on new charges in the crash that killed a 13-year-old girl in Marblehead , Massachusetts, early Tuesday morning, officials said.
The 16-year-old faced charges of motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation, receiving a stolen vehicle and operating under the influence in Lynn Juvenile Court, the Essex County District Attorney's Office said Wednesday. The teenager, whose name isn't being shared because he's under age, was initially only facing a charge of operating under the influence.

The driver is also facing two civil motor vehicle infractions, according to prosecutors. They didn't share if a plea was entered on his behalf, or if he had a lawyer who could respond to the charge
