KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) - A teenager has been arrested and charged in connection with a double homicide in Kansas City, Kansas, over the weekend.

The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department said it arrested 19-year-old Jimi St. Clair overnight in Kansas City, Missouri, with the assistance of U.S. Marshals.

St. Clair is currently in custody in the Jackson County Jail. He is charged with two counts of second-degree murder in Wyandotte County for the shooting deaths of 26-year-old Tyler Wheeler and 22-year-old Victor Loza.

St. Clair also faces one count of attempted second-degree murder.

A shooting in the 1600 block of Washington Boulevard Saturday night led to the deaths of Wheeler and Loza. A 19-year-old woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting, KCKPD said.
