ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) - Police were able to put an end to a violent incident after a woman was kidnapped from an Oklahoma casino and sexually assaulted in Kansas.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced on Wednesday, Aug. 20, that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has issued arrest detainers for two individuals who may be here illegally and are accused of kidnapping.
Law enforcement officials noted that Luis Miguel Dominguez-Barrios, 35, and Jose Fernando-Lux Morales, 24, have been accused of kidnapping, raping and sodomizing a woman in Kansas.
