CULLMAN, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Authorities in Cullman have arrested another suspect in their ongoing investigation involving Infusion Wellness and Spa .

Just after 3 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2025, the Cullman Police Department - with help from the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office - arrested Kody Ray Smith.

According to a Facebook post from Cullman PD , Smith has been charged with 11 criminal offenses, including criminal conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime, attempt to commit a controlled substance crime, four counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance by fraud, and five counts of fourth degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
