ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) - Widespread rainfall stays in the area tonight into Thursday morning. Conditions gradually dry out by midday with a slight warming trend to end the week. However, the bar for warmth will start to get redefined for the end of the weekend as noticeably cooler air sticks around making it feel more like a warm Fall day versus an average Summer day.
