CULLMAN, Ala. (WIAT) -- The Cullman Police Department made a second arrest in connection to a forged prescription and drug trafficking case involving Infusion Wellness and Spa on Wednesday afternoon.

The police department stated Kody Ray Smith is charged with criminal conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime, attempt to commit a controlled substance crime, four counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance by fraud and five counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Whitney LeAnn Cheatham was arrested last week and is facing 25 charges. Cullman police are searching for her father, Kelvin Neal Cheatham, as he is wanted on several charges in relation to the case.
