DAVENPORT, Iowa. (KWQC) - As part of an effort to combat housing issues in the QCA, two new housing options are ready to serve people who are rebuilding their lives and moving in the right direction.
While 915 Fillmore Street in Davenport may look like any other apartment building.
It’s the newest addition of One Eighty’s Stability Housing program, addressing the need for housing and assisting people in crisis, poverty and addiction.
