Helen Flanagan has opened up about not wanting to 'label' her children as she gave fans a candid insight into life as a mum, particularly when parenting her son.

The actress is best known for appearing in Coronation Street and was just nine years old when she replaced Emma Collinge in the role of Rosie Webster in the ITV soap in 2000, but last appeared on the cobbles in 2018.

The 35-year-old TV star has daughters Matilda, 10, and Delilah, seven, as well as a son Charlie, three, with her ex-partner, footballer Scott Sinclair.

She's often open and honest about the highs and lows of parenting with her social media following and in her latest video, Helen was seen showing the realities of trying to create a bedtime routine for her young son.
