(WYTV)- Many words can be used to describe Frank Frattaroli, but selfish isn't one of them.
The Mount Carmel Festival in Youngstown has benefited from his service since it started 25 years ago.
"For me, it's always been, and maybe it's selfish, but it was always rewarding for me," Frattaroli said.
Scott Shulick, one of the leaders of the festival, talked about Frank.
"Frank took it over and has made it what it is today, in terms of organizing people, shaking down corporate sponsors, getting people to do all kinds of things that they would not normally have done," Shulick said.
The festival runs for a week, but the planning is year-round.
