BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Dunkirk woman is facing charges after she allegedly stabbed a man with scissors and smashed his windshield with a scooter and crowbar on Wednesday afternoon, police announced.
At 2:30 p.m., police responded to the stabbing on the 500 block of Leopard Street.
Officers located the male victim, who said Layla Garcia, 23, stabbed him in the arm with a pair of scissors and hit him with a crowbar.
Garcia was located and arrested for third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. Police said she was held for arraignment and released on her own recognizance.
