NASHUA, N.H. —

The parents of a Nashua 3-month-old have been arrested and charged with negligent homicide in connection with the child's death.

Nashua police said Jasmine Cedar-Fultz, 32, and Xorrel Cabrera, 24, were arrested Wednesday.

The infant died on Oct. 17, 2024, after first responders were called about an unresponsive child, police said. Life-saving measures were performed, and the baby was taken to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, where the child was pronounced dead.

Detectives investigated the infant's death and were granted warrants charging the parents with negligent homicide.

Police have not said what caused the child's death or what evidence led to the parents' arrests.
