After an overcast start to Thursday, clouds will break up closer to sunset, and high temperatures will remain below average, peaking in the mid-to-upper 70s. Expect clouds to continue to clear out tonight, but it's looking like a great forecast for the kickoff of the 2025 high school football season, with temperatures slipping out of the 70s back into the upper 60s as we include those high school football games.

Temperatures will continue to fall to the upper 50s early Friday morning under a mostly clear sky, and Friday will turn sunny with high temperatures peaking in the low 80s.
