BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A man with multiple domestic violence convictions has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to a 2024 assault in St. Clair County.
Michael Ray Mullins is charged with cyberstalking and interstate transmission of threat to kidnap or injure.
Margaret Police arrested Mullins in 2024 and charged him with third-degree felony domestic violence and domestic violence 2nd stalking.
According to district court records, Mullins “sent an excessive amount of text messages including threatening to kill and rape the victim in front of her children.” He’s also accused of calling the victim 87 times in one day.
