News Bites: The buzzy new downtown steakhouse from Noble 33, Patrick Mahomes, and Travis Kelce announced an opening date. 1587 Prime is set to open on September 17, and reservations became available yesterday but quickly ran out. Using the restaurant’s reservation platform, hopeful diners can submit a reservation request for the desired date(s) and possibly score a spot as others cancel or adjust existing reservations.
