BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Service dogs are great companions for those with disabilities who need assistance in everyday life. But how do people navigate being told their dogs cannot accompany them?

Stand With Me Dog Training is promoting an education program in Broome County on service dog laws and etiquette. The non-profit provides a free service dog training program for disabled veterans and aims to protect the rights of those who have wrongfully experienced public access denials.
