ENDICOTT, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Revitalization is coming for a site that represents Endicott's industrial past, as an exciting future lies ahead.

The former Huron Campus has received one hundred thousand dollars in funding from New York State to develop a master facility plan. The campus was bought in 2021 by Phoenix Investors who plan to bring energy back into the campus that has sat underutilized in recent years.

Broome County's Industrial Development Agency Executive Director Stacey Duncan says revitalizing the campus will be a boost for Endicott's economy.

Executive Director Stacey Duncan says, "This plan will be a roadmap for the future of this roughly 130 acre campus that has stood for decades as a driver of economic activity in our community."
