NORFOLK, Va. — Born into a world with limited social interaction and restricted public spaces, the first set of babies born during the pandemic are starting kindergarten this year.
"We have noticed some pros and cons related to social-emotional learning and development," said Ciera Streeter, the senior director of Tidewater Community College's Childhood Development Center.
