SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) -

Mostly sunny skies will fill the ArkLaTex throughout the day through the northern and central portions of the region. There is a chance for a few stray showers throughout the day though across the southern half of the region. High temperatures get into the mid 90’s after beginning the morning in the low to mid 70’s.

Sunshine dominates the entire ArkLaTex for both days of the weekend. Not a drop of rain is expected out of either Saturday or Sunday. High temperatures increase a little bit into the upper 90’s for both days, but the humidity looks to be much lower than normal summer levels. The mornings should begin in the lower 70’s.
