A man living above the Sun Spa 64 in Waterford, which is under federal investigation for alleged sex work management, spoke with NEWS10 about the morning the New York State Police and the FBI made an arrest in the case below his home. Also, a Mexican restaurant in Albany is shutting its doors after 42 years on Madison Avenue.

1. Tenant above Sun Spa 64 speaks about raid

One of seven locations Qingqin Xie, also known as Coco, was allegedly managing sex work is the Sun Spa 64. There’s an apartment above the business and the tenant told NEWS10’s Anthony Krolikowski that he was asleep when he heard what sounded like an earthquake on Wednesday morning.
