Under a post announcing Taylor's death from his chapter of his college business fraternity, well-wishers expressed their sadness at the unexpected death

TikTok star Malik Taylor has died at 28.

His death was announced in a Facebook post made by his business fraternity , Alpha Kappa Psi, at Austin Peay State University, where he graduated from in 2020.

"It is with heavy hearts that we share our beloved Brother, Malik Taylor, has gone to 'Audit Eternal,'" read the announcement. "To know him was to know he was a light to everyone—always bringing laughter, joy and a warm smile that brightened every room he enter
