Academy Sports collected sales tax after incentive district closed, Wichita resident says

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – Did you pay sales taxes you didn't owe? One Wichitan says she's discovered a store where that happened for years.

"For three years, they were collecting this tax when they shouldn't have been," said Celeste Racette.
