NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A 23-year-old man is facing serious charges for an alleged attack on another man at Centennial Park on Thursday night.

According to an arrest affidavit from the Metro Nashville Police Department, officers were called to the Parthenon and found Justin Cunningham stumbling away from the scene, and placed him in handcuffs.

The officers reported that Cunningham was visibly intoxicated due to the smell of alcohol coming from him, his slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and inability to walk properly.
