In the nearly 14 months that right-hander went in between live-action appearances on the mound, he never lost belief that he’d trod again on the path to the big leagues. He’s now staring down back-to-back seasons of over 100 innings compiled, and has climbed to the penultimate rung on the ladder of professional baseball.

“You’ve just got to be confident in yourself and your ability,” said the 2016 Shenendehowa graduate. “The team believes you're good enough to be here, so you have to believe the same, and go out there with confidence every day.”
