SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — An investigation is underway after a motorcycle collided into a car early Friday morning in Salt Lake City.
According to Yaier Javaid, a Public Information Officer with the Salt Lake City Police, the incident happened at around 2 a.m. The motorcycle was changing lanes near 1588 South State Street when it collided with a white Sedan.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Sedan was not injured.
Javaid added that at the site of the accident, they found drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police say they are unaware if it belonged to those involved in the accident.
An investigation into the incident is still underway.
